Our Story

The Nicholas Wozniak Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving special needs children and adults through sports ministry. Located in Ponte Vedra, Florida, our mission is to empower individuals with special needs, providing them with opportunities to participate in sports activities that promote physical fitness, social interaction, and personal growth.

Unified Tennis

Our inclusive soccer program brings together children and adults of all abilities to play and learn the game of soccer. Our adaptive basketball program provides individuals with special needs the opportunity to develop basketball skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our unified tennis program promotes social interaction and teamwork by pairing individuals with and without disabilities in doubles matches.
